PhotonsToPhotos publishes preliminary data on the EOS R

Bill Claff has gotten his hands on some prelimary data from the EOS R samples and updated his read noise data.

Read noise has a direct bearing on image dynamic range, so from comparing the preliminary data to the 5D Mark IV, it's safe to say that the EOS R has the same sensor as the 5D Mark IV.

This isn't exactly a bad thing, the 5D Mark IV sensor was very competitive with other sensors, exhibiting a good dynamic range and malleability to the RAW files.
