Here are some images of the Canon R, R5 and RP side by side. As you can see the overall shape of the R5 is more flowing and EOS-like than the proceeding RF cameras before the R5. I suspect we'll see this general shape in most of the RF cameras to follow. The body of the R5 appears to be much beefier, and also even though it's not much taller than the R, the main chassis is does seem a little taller, and the EVF sits a bit deeper on top of the camera, keeping the relative size of the cameras similar. There's also more room to the left of the EVF as well.
