This kit includes a carbon fiber set of legs and a dual-action ball head, which combine to weigh only 4 lb while supporting up to 18 lb. The 4-section twist-lock legs extend to a maximum height of 68" and can be lowered to a minimum height of 9.5". Additionally, each leg can be set to 3 separate leg angles for balancing the tripod on uneven surfaces. The legs utilize rubber feet that feature integrated metal spikes for securing the legs in sand, dirt, or snow. One leg features a cushioned foam grip and the center column includes a ballast hook for stabilizing the tripod with additional weight.

The included ball head has a dual-action design that features one lock for ball movement and a separate lock for pan. The head also features degree markings along the panning axis and an Arca-type quick release, with one included plate. A bubble level has also been added to the ball head for increased positioning accuracy.

For ease of transport, the tripod folds down to 19" and includes a carrying case. A short center column is also included to help facilitate low angle and macro shooting.
