New patent application for 18-200 zoom for APS-C cameras

The 18-200mm is becoming long in the tooth for the EF-S lens lineup.  Most of the other lenses have been STM'ed and improved by now, sans this one.

This patent is for improved optical performance on large zoom ratio lenses and has the following characteristics embodied;
