Amateur Photographer: Canon's A-Team Tired of all the high tech wizardry, patent applications and wish for days gone by? Here's an article for you. Amateur Photography published a short review on Canon's A team, the much loved FD mount A series camera bodies. Going through the A series of 1976 to 1982, it's a fun look back at days gone by with these film camera bodies. Maybe Canon will surprise us all one day and bring these cameras back at mirrorless camera bodies. The Canon AE-1 was first, and it was an immediate success, with sales of more than 4,000,000 in its first five years.
