Canon confirms that IBIS is coming In a Canon presentation last night (or early in the day depending on where you are) Canon confirmed in one of their slides that IBIS (in body image stabilization) is coming to Canon mirrorless. Canon seems to like optical IS, however, with all the major players in the industry now sporting IBIS, Canon needs to catch up with this technology to remain competitive. It's also a very welcomed technology for video.
