Canon EOS R5 firmware update coming as early as tomorrow I have now heard (and seen) multiple reports of Canon support or retailers mentioning a firmware update to either just the R5 or the R5 and R6 coming tomorrow. There's still obviously no word from Canon on this, and we probably won't know for another 12-13 hours until 8-9am in Europe, as it's there that new firmware is usually first seen. According to reports, the new firmware is fixing some bugs and also addressing some of the overheating issues. Unknown if this is the update that will also have Cinema RAW Light. Take this with a grain of salt, CN1 if you will. We hope to hear more soon.
