Canon Patent Application: EF-M 10mm 2.8 Fisheye lens After Canon has hit it out of the park with the EF-M 32mm, it's interesting to see what they come up with next. How do we know it's an EF-M lens? Well, it has s short backfocus that an EF-M (also an RF needs) and is a APS-C sized image height (the image height is the radius of the image circle). Of course, this also could be for an APS-C RF lens, however, we're willing to suggest it's for the EF-M. This patent application is for a 9.60mm (10mm) 2.8 EF-M fisheye lens. Focal length 9.60 F number 2.80 Field angle 181.70 Image height 13.66 Lens total length 55.13 BF 15.00 Of course with all patent applications, it's simply something Canon is looking at, and may not turn into an actual product.
