I think it stands to reason that Canon will make over time, an RF mount CINI camera. For many reasons - one is that the mechanical nature of the RF Mount allows for a greater range of adaptability and allows for on-site customization of the cinema camera with user-changeable mounts via adapters, or mount conversion. As far as the guts other than that, there's not much difference between a CINI EF camera and a CINI RF camera. The mount is different - but that's basically it. The EOS cinema ergonomic design would remain the same. Of course, things could get interesting if the RF mount CINI camera gets IBIS which is a possibility. CanonRumors has a new rumor that Canon is indeed coming out with an RF mount CINI camera. However, I don't feel this will change much from the current EF mount CINI Cameras. Unfortunately, none of the existing CINI cameras could be RF mount converted as it would be too difficult to move the sensor forward enough for the focal plane distance of 18mm that the RF mount requires.
