New Rumor: C-LOG3 and CINI RAW Light coming to the R5 in Feburary A new rumor from CanonRumors suggests that the next firmware release for the EOS R5 will come out sometime in February. This firmware is supposed to have the Canon Cinema RAW light that was first featured with the C200 and will also have other improvements such as C-Log 3 and 1080p120fps. As well, bug fixes and general improvements are to be expected as well. The EOS R5 continues to be a hot camera for Canon, which even now, some 6 months after release is still sold out and on back order. Canon simply can't make them fast enough. As of right now, the fate of a firmware upgrade on the EOS R6 isn't set, but Canon has long term plans to continually augment the R5 and R6 over time, much like they did with the EOS R.
