Price for the new G7X Mark III, G5X Mark II and Canon RF 24-240 Nokishita has come up with pricing for the G7X Mark III compact that is due out in the coming days or week, and as well the new 24-240mm that is also being released. The G7X Mark III is expected to be released at a price of $749. This is a small jump from the G7X Mark II that was released in February of 2016 for around $699. The G5X Mark II is slightly higher with a rumored price of $899. Sporting a new popup style EVF that some will love, and others will hate and a new 24-120mm equivalent lens. This camera as well is slightly up from the $799 the original G5X was released for. The Canon RF 24-240mm is coming out at a rumored $899 for the RF lens. This is pretty reasonable for a 10x zoom for full frame, even though I'm sure there's some that feel it should be cheaper. The price of the new Canon EOS RP + 24-240mm kit is rumored to be $2199. Far more reasonable. Richard CanonNewsRichard CanonNews Richard has been using Canon cameras since the 1990s, with his first being the now legendary EOS-3.
