Tamron SP 35mm F1.4 Di USD Review

Christopher Frost in this video reviews the Tamron SP 35mm F1.5 Di USD for Canon EF.

It's hard not to like the Tamron SP 35mm F1.5 Di USD at a glance;

  • Aperture Range: f/1.4 to f/16
  • Four Low Dispersion Elements
  • Three Aspherical Elements

It's only $900 and is certainly one of the best 35mm F1.4's you can purchase.  Tamron pulled out all the stops on this lens.

From Christopher;

The lens is ridiculously sharp with excellent contrast even with bright lights are in your picture.  The character of the images is quite lovely and understated, and it's bokeh really is soft. There's nothing wrong with its build quality either.  Although, it doesn't lend itself as well to video work as sigma's new 35mm.
