Tokina announces the Opera 50mm 1.4 for Canon EF

Tokina has announced a large aperture 50mm lens for the Canon EF mount today.  The Opera 50mm 1.4 is weather-sealed and includes such features such as circular aperture and new anti-reflective coatings.  The characteristics are 9 groups of 15 elements, a 72mm filter ring, and .18 times magnification.
