Canon starts to roll out security firmware updates

Canon has started to roll out security fixed to the PTP (Picture transfer protocol) after posting the security advisory.

I would expect we'll see more updates as time goes on, covering most if not all of Canon's cameras.  They seem to be working from the top and moving down:

• EOS-1D X Firmware Version 2.1.1
• EOS 5D Mark III Firmware Version 1.3.6
• EOS 5D Mark IV Firmware Version 1.2.1
• EOS 5DS Firmware Version 1.1.3
• EOS 5DS R Firmware Version 1.1.3
• EOS 80D Firmware Version 1.0.3
