Tamron announces the Canon RF-S 18-300mm F/3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD

Tamron pulled a pretty quiet announcement on this, and decided to jump into the superzoom category for both the Z and the RF mount.  This looks like a pretty cool lens, but I still like the Sigma lens because it starts at 16mm versus 18mm.

I would presume that this is the same lens that is already out for the Sony E and Fuji X Mounts, as Tamron refers to the same lens model (B061) for them all.

Cannot preorder it yet from B&H Photo Video, but the product page is set up for it.  I suspect they are waiting to hear about pricing.  Which, of course, with this tariff climate, who knows what it will be? I'd presume it would be around the same price as the Sony and Fuji mount ones, but it could be far more expensive because of tariffs now.
