Canon Rumors reports that there is a good possibility that the 90D will show up later this year with possibly the next generation of sensor dual pixel auto focus sensor. I'm not terribly convinced that the three new rebels being reported are simply rebels with different colors for the camera body. They all seem to be exactly the same size, and the size matches the very low end T6. The EOS 90D will show “further separation from the EOS 77D” . The 90D will receive an all-new sensor to the lineup once it is announced, so that tells us it won’t share a sensor with the upcoming Rebel’s or EOS M50. The camera will also have a new version of DPAF, but we’re not sure if it will be the first camera in the lineup to receive it. There is no mention of the mythical “4K” capability and we don’t want to guess either way. Beyond that, we’re too far out to have any real idea of how the camera will be specced out. We will start seeing the rebels, etc shortly at CP+ coming up at the end of the month, with an announcement most likely in 2-3 weeks. It will be VERY low end, so while I'm sure there will be some jumping off the cliffs over a low specced camera body, there really should not be any expectations of high performance.
