Canon delays shipping the Canon Rebel T8i/850D Canon was originally scheduled to release the Canon EOS T8i/850D around April, and that's been pushed back to June at the earliest. According to DCWatch, Canon has announced the delay on April 10, in which Canon officially postponed the release of the newest Canon Rebel. I suspect that many of Canon's 2020 products will be announced on time, but deliveries of the products could very well stretch into 2021 depending on the supply chains. via CanonRumors DCWatch Richard CanonNewsRichard CanonNews Richard has been using Canon cameras since the 1990s, with his first being the now legendary EOS-3.
