Canon Patent Application: Canon EF fast primes

This patent application is for a bunch of EF fast primes.

We have embodiments for (you may want to sit down before reading the list)

  • 20mm 1.4
  • 14mm 1.8
  • 22mm 1.2
  • 24mm 1.2

There are some seriously sweet primes shown in this patent application, even if it is for the EF mount.

Because the focal length shows for different focus distances, these may be slated for the CINI EF lens lineup, as the lenses are pretty close to parfocal.
