Canon to release a new Cinema EOS before NAB NAB is certainly going to be a busy show for Canon - with the EOS R5 on proud display as well as what appears to be a new CINI camera. According to CanonRumors, the camera is going to follow the same form factor as the C500 Mark II and will have a user interchangeable mount for EF and PL. CanonRumors expects this to be the C300 Mark III and not the 8K Cinema camera that Canon is developing. Canon has been developing that camera for the last 4.5 years. Canon is big on 8K, quite possibly led by the Japan Olympics of 2020 which will be shot in 8K.
