Is this the Lens Patent for the G1X Mark III?

Looking at the patent details for Japan patent application 2017-146394 in more detail, we see another patent embodiment which fits the G1X Mark III perfectly for what the rumor is saying is a 28-75 2.8-5.6 lens.

The Japan Patent details..

From the patent text:

Zoom ratio 2.74
Focal distance 15.65 28.94 42.90
F number 1.85 2.77 3.74
a half field angle (degree) -- 41.12 25.27 17.66
Image height 13.66 13.66 13.66
Whole length of the lens 82.68 82.95 93.26
BF 9.13 8.40 7.30

Now one thing about this lens is that it's pretty big.  82mm to 93mm in length.  Unless this is super collapsible could be a problem here.

Is this the G1X Mark III lens? it fits the specifications.
Or is it a yet to be released EOS-M lens?
Either is certainly possible.
