Review of the Sigma EOS-M lenses I personally have the Sigma 56mm F1.4 for the EOS-M and I have to agree with this CameraLabs review. It's an impressive lens the optics are impressive wide open even on the M6 Mark II and that's with a 32.5MP APS-C sensor. About the only thing I wish was that the MFD was a little shorter. I'm spoiled by the great MFD's on the EF-M lenses from Canon I guess. Gordon Lang has reviewed the trio of lenses and has declared that these lenses have saved the EOS-M system. While I think they add a measure of credibility to the mount, the primes that Canon does have on this mount (more than the EF-S mount), are equally as good. If you have the EF-M mount and want to explore shooting with primes, low light or portrait, then seriously have a look at these lenses, with the equally as good EF-M 32mm F1.4 as well.
