Domestic pricing of the EOS RP - Official UK and USA Pricing

Some further pricing details of the EOS RP has come out, it has been a busy morning here!

The domestic pricing of the EOS RP (unconfirmed) is listed as follows with the currency converted price in brackets.  This price is with the 10% sales tax included.  The sales tax is discounted from the US price shown.

• Body: around 173,340 yen  ($1406 USD)
• Mount adapter kit: around 194,940 yen ($1582)
• RF35 MACRO IS STM lens kit: around 237,060 yen ($1924)
• RF35 MACRO IS STM mount adapter kit: around 258,660 yen ($2099)
• Mount adapter SP kit gold (limited to 5000 units): around 204,660 yen ($1661)
• RF35 MACRO IS STM Mount adapter SP kit gold (limited to 5000 units): around 268,380 yen ($2178)

When we compare to the rumor on the UK pricing, we see that the prices seem to be similar (prices in the UK include 20% VAT).  The US price is VAT discounted.

• EOS RP Body & Lens Adapter: £1399.00 ($1442)
• EOS RP & RF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM: £2329.00 ($2400)

(UPDATE: We have an official price of the EOS RP + RF 24-105 from Amazon UK - and the price is even lower: £2118 - or $2183 USD, and the Body only is £1,300, or $1340 USD )

UPDATE 2: CanonRumors reports official pricing of the Canon EOS RP.  It will come in three different kits;

• Canon EOS RP body w/EG-E1 Extension Grip & Canon Mount Adapter $1299
• Canon EOS RP w/EF 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM, EG-E1 Extension Grip & Canon Mount Adapter $1699
• Canon EOS RP w/24-105mm f/4L IS USM, EG-E1 Extension Grip & Canon Mount Adapter $2199
