Canon Patent Application: Canon RF 15-35 F4.0, Canon RF 16-35 F4.0

In this patent application is a design I am eagerly waiting to come out for the RF mount.  We have here the 15-35 or the 16-35mm optical design for F4.0.  These embodiments appear to be in a Canon RF 15-35mm 2.8L patent application.  It's highly likely that Canon will do either a 15-35 or a 16-35 F4.0, as it's a very successful lens for the EF mount.

These lenses have the signature "big element" situated in the back of the design that Canon flavors for the RF mount.
