Zenitar releases 2 manual primes for the EF mount

Zenit has announced 2 new full frame primes for the Canon EF mount.

The Zenitar 60mm F2.8 Macro is an eight-element seven group constructed macro lens, with six aperture blades and weighs in at 590g.  The price is expected to be around $450.  The Selena 58mm F1.9 is a basic 4 element, 3 group prime lens weighing in at 450g.  It has surprising for such a basic lens, 12 aperture blades.  The price is expected to be around $600 for this lens.

They at the same time announced two lenses for the Sony E mount. Curiously, they didn't release those for the RF mount.

You can find out more about these lenses on the Zenitar Russia website here.
