New Rumor surfaces about a Canon 300 Mark III

CanonRumors reports a new rumor about a new Canon C300 Mark II possibly coming for NAB next year.

Specs are vague at this point but are suggesting;

  • new 6K sensor (though 4k video only
  • up to 120 fps in 4K, internal + external Raw
  • new developed on-sensor image stabilization
  • price tag above current C300 Mark II (will not be discontinued)

It will be interesting to see if this comes out to fruitation, as the C300 Mark II has only been out for two years now.  This would also give the C300 a little breathing room between that and the newer C200 especially when it gets it's codec pack early next year.
